• Our passionate team is made up of 7 Doctors working in a highly collaborative and open environment with an average staffing ratio of 4:1 support staff to doctors.
• Well established in mentorship and teaching. All of our veterinarians are converts from large animal practice and have successfully transitioned to practicing excellent small animal medicine and surgery through internal mentorship and support.
• Traveling specialist relationships: Surgical team (2x monthly), Cardiologist (monthly), Internal medicine Specialist (PRN)
• Latest & Greatest Technology: Ultrasound, digital X-ray, handheld digital dental X-ray, class 4 cold laser, electrocautery, ligature, specialty dental and orthopedic surgical equipment, full array of in house lab equipment

What's In It For You

The emotional and physical well-being of our employees is important to us. Depending on the employee's status, benefits include medical coverage (including health, dental and vision), 401(k), employee assistance program (EAP), CE allowance, vacation, dues, liability coverage, and more! The base salary for this position can range between $120,000 - $165,000 annually for a 40-hour work week (4 tens) and will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type. Total compensation may also include a sign-on or retention bonus.
